- 360-degree reviews with at least 4 evaluators added objectivity to each individual’s profile based on self, peer and leadership evaluation.
- Managers received data-driven development plans, removing bias, guesswork and manual spreadsheets.
- HR unlocked enterprise-level visibility into leadership potential across functions and regions.
- And critically, TAILA provided audit-ready evidence to support Tsebo’s Top Employers Institute certification—without burdening HR teams with extra admin.
